Ricordi Mediastores is a bookshop located in Rome, Italy, on Via del Corso.

Opened in 2002, the auditorium was designed by Renzo Piano. Since Rome is not the best in this area, it is the city's new pride in the music rooms, perhaps not in terms of quantity but, more assuredly, of quality.

The auditorium has an international reputation especially thanks to the St. Cécile academy and its orchestra. This academy, created in 1585 by a papal bubble issued by Sixtus V, is one of the oldest musical societies in the world. Since 1816 and the first performance of The Barber of Seville, Teatro Argentina, inaugurated in 1732, has hosted the greatest plays of the classical dramatic repertoire, as well as more modern adaptations. Located on Largo Argentina, it is the headquarters of the Teatro di Roma Foundation and certainly one of the city's most popular theaters, thanks to its eclectic program. If you don't wish to attend a performance, there's a small museum inside, which is only accessible on rare occasions and subject to prior booking.

The headquarters of the Maison du cinéma is located in the heart of the Villa Borghese park. This institution is a landmark for all film lovers. It covers an immense area of 2,500 ^m2 on two levels, including a projection room, two DVD viewing rooms, a room for press conferences, a very pleasant cafeteria (Cine Caffè) and two photo and poster exhibition rooms dedicated to two Italian filmmakers: Cesare Zavattini and Sergio Amidei. Since the 1930s, this prestigious hall located near St. Peter's Basilica has hosted the world's greatest classical music concerts. Conductors such as Herbert von Karajan or Leonard Bernstein have performed there. There will also be dance and visual arts performances. The establishment offers several conference rooms and a very elegant bar-restaurant called Chorus where you can eat a tasty grilled octopus or seafood gnocchi.

The complex, designed by Renzo Piano, consists of three rooms with 2,700, 1,200 and 700 seats, plus a cavea for 300 people and a huge garden. Inside the complex, the archaeological remains of a Roman villa are still visible. The park is open to the public, with free access to the cavea, the foyer, the archaeological area and the garden. In the park there are also temporary exhibitions and artistic programs.
