Renovated in 2007 and well placed, between the train station and the centre, this 4-star hotel is chic, well maintained and offers sophisticated comfort. The reception is considerate, and we speak French. The staff were very helpful. In a quality setting and warm colours, rooms with parquet floors have a marble bathroom. Choose the rooms on the top floor, with a large terrace overlooking the city.

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this hotel was less than satisfactory. Not only did the water heater malfunction, but there was also a significant lack of communication among the staff. Despite one staff member assuring us of a late checkout, another insisted we vacate the room on time. Additionally, the rudeness exhibited by some staff members was quite off-putting. Overall, the experience did not align with the expectations one would have for a purported 4-star hotel.

The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included which made it easier for us, the room was very comfortable we were on the second floor and could hear some of the street noise but great location after all.

We had very awful and unforgettable experiences with this hotel. The staffs are rude and arrogant. They didn't know how to treat the customers right. We are highly disappointed.

One of the worst hotels EVER.
This is not a 4 star hotel.
Booked for a city view and got a room opening to a very bad building space.
The rooms are not sound proof, was actually hearing conversations from other rooms.
Lifts are very small.
The showers set up is very old and cant handle hot plus cold water. Boiling water rushes in between which burns you.
You HAVE to pay for drinking water.
Scrambled eggs tasted like spoilied.
