Excellent location and good value for money. The apartment has three comfortably furnished rooms; in a chic and chic setting, everything is thought of for your comfort: impeccable lighting, competitive bedding, double glass windows… Here you will be located right opposite the Coliseum and the metro station, a real plus! The reception of Owner Andrea, young Roman very nice, makes the difference.

What a view! Clean spacious rooms, very reasonably priced and perfect for our quick stay in Rome. The owners were so nice and very accommodating. Walking distance to restaurants and beautiful sights, we couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot to spent our holiday.

Si tratta di 4 camere con nessun servizio colazione compreso. Le camere 1, 2 e 4 hanno la vista verso l’esterno e probabilmente ne vale la pena. La camera nr.3 ha un mini balcone condiviso con a destra un blocco della climatizzazione e a sinistra da uno scarico di una caldaia a gas (vedi foto allegate). Si trova al secondo piano di una palazzina di sette piani, corte piccola quindi a malappena si intravvede se il tempo é bello o brutto. Di positivo é che non si sentono rumori. É probabile che nella ristrutturazione si sono dimenticato il tubo di aerazione dello scarico. Questo comporta un gran odore di canalizzazione “cesso”. Infatti al nostro arrivo la finestra del bagno era aperta (malfidarsi quando trovate questa situazione). Consiglio: evitate camera interna!
