A temple of Italian gastronomy, Eataly is a 17,000 m2 hall at the southern end of the Testaccio. Between the market, the big grocery store and the restaurant, it is a concept that has developed in several Italian cities and, since April 2019, in Paris. Some may cry out that the place is over-consumed or even lacking in soul. However, the founder joined the Slow Food movement, also born in Italy. The emphasis is on quality products that respect the fundamental rules of the environment.

Cenato questa sera al ristorante della pasta-pizza: un buon primo, tagliatelle verdi agli spinaci con un ricchissimo ragù di carne, forse un po' troppo ricco, più tagliatelle e meno ragù sarebbe stato meglio ed è per questo che ho dato 4 stelle. Invece 5 stelle merita il servizio con la gentile efficiente professionale amabile accoglienza e servizio di Alessandra.
