This restaurant, which has been in existence since 1922, rolls out its white tablecloths in a pretty room, but the best thing is to sit outside in the large patio. On the menu, chef Simone Panella skilfully combines traditional cuisine with new flavors. What more can we say? The emblematic recipes of Roman cuisine are on the menu (it would be a shame not to try the pasta carbonara!) and alongside delicious dishes and desserts, which change with the seasons. It is one of the best restaurants in the area and one of the most famous in Rome.

I had botargo salad.. I am fond of botargo and have it for breakfast..But I was never able to slice such thin 2 slices.. Bravo....
