RESTAURANTE LA SIESTA
What we love above all is that this little restaurant with a paille is literally laid on the beach, just a few meters from the sea oscillating between emerald green and turquoise blue. It's the POSTCARD. Inside, the woodwork predominates and the few well-spaced and carefully prepared tables invite you to take a seat and enjoy the show. It's cool and you say, if the ramage is worth plumbing, then it's a wonderful evening in perspective. The kitchen is "fusion", well presented and pleasant in the mouth. Among the entries, we advise you the ceviche or carpaccio of fruit shrimp, in main dish, the flight-to-wind (paste paste, tomato, cheese) of garoupa (grouou species) and tuna tataki (grilled with sesame). In meat, the grilled intern with a soft potato mashed our attention. To finish on a sweet tone, we recommend the Black Chocolate Nemesis, the green lemon cream or Bagus (which means delicious in Indonesia) consisting of a green lemon sorbet, a butter almond cracker and a lemon cream (lemon curd).
