Classic, elegant table in a former hunting lodge converted into a charming accommodation (classified Relais & Châteaux) with spa. Rather formal in style, it is one of the best kitchens on the island for à la carte gastronomy. The slightest dish is transformed into culinary poetry. On the menu: foie gras, duck supreme, shrimps fried with chilli pepper, smoked salmon with asparagus, chicken marinated in ginger... Slightly off-centre (take a taxi if you don't have a vehicle).
