The multilingual staff will always try to give you the best information. A handy map is distributed free of charge to visitors with a map of Funchal and Porto Santo on the back. Lots of information on activities. Another office is located in the port of Funchal (open only when cruises are passing by) and at the airport (open daily from 9am to 9.30pm; +351 291 524 933). Throughout your tour of the island, you will also find tourist offices in Porto Moniz, Ribeira Brava, Santana and Porto Santo.

Petit office du tourisme où l'on vous donne une carte de Madère et Funchal. Le personnel ne parle qu'en anglais. Peu de renseignement à disposition.

Un office de tourisme comme on en trouve partout. Nous avons eu une carte gratuite mais aussi des informations sur les bus pour aller à Cabo guirao et aussi sur les visites de funchal. Le personnel ne parlais pas francais mais anglais parfaitement

Malgré qu'il n'y avait personne, elle n'avait visiblement pas envie de répondre à mes questions et n'a fait que me diriger vers les prospectus en me tendant une carte.
