A reference to Madeira, it brings together renowned artists (such as John Scofield, Cassandra Wilson or Branford Marsalis in the past).
Since 2014, this jazz festival, organized annually by the Municipality of Funchal, has been putting together a top-notch program: Portuguese and international musicians bring their instruments to life in the soft nights of Santa Catarina Park (where the main stage of the festival is set up). Jam sessions, classes for professionals and workshops are also offered, while the music spreads in the alleys and bars of the capital. This is the main musical event in the Autonomous Region, so don't miss it!
