Situated 4 km west of the city center, with a choice of 8 well-appointed studios and one suite, all with terrace.

In a residential and cultural area, 4 km west of Funchal city centre (with parking space!). São Martinho district. A choice of eight studios and one well-kept suite with kitchenette, beautiful bathroom and south-facing terrace with ocean views. Every morning, a small bag full of fresh bread hangs on your doorknob. Warm welcome, family atmosphere and attentive service. Comfort in the apartments (any style, however), with terraces and common living room. Reservation recommended in season.

We have 4 days in August 2014 and received the reception was perfect (kindness, availability, advice), close to FUNCHAL, quiet, sea...); spacious, clean; bread offered every morning... Warmly recommend

French welcome upon arrival, Joel is available who knows funchal.les rooms are spacious, comfortable beds, the state of cleanliness is perfect. The residence calm, is very flowers. Every morning, fresh bread expected us suspended anse door. Fresh fruit upon arrival including all the necessary for breakfast and aperitif!

The icing on the cake: Enormous bouquet of flowers exotic offered to our departure, made of cardboard for the trip. Bravo and thank you " villa marta" for its contribution to this week exotic and exotic!
