A perfectly mastered shaggy-fusion cuisine from Portuguese recipes of the diaspora, a one-way trip between Mozambique and India, two countries that constitute the chef's DNA. Appetizers offered to the guests (that evening Tom Yam soup with red tuna). Do you like the show? Take the tuna tartar prepared in front of you. A killer. Meat lovers will be delighted to learn that the meat grilled on a hot stone has its small clientele of regulars.
