This unique culinary experience is the culmination of the two passions of the talented chef Selim: travel and gastronomy. It is in a cosy and intimate room, around a magnificent cedar table, that his vision of conviviality and creativity is presented to us. All these years of influences and knowledge are brought together in a food/wine tasting menu, resulting in magnificent visual compositions and flavours that are as surprising as they are delicious. Expérience extraordinaire. Je conseille vivement de tester ce restaurant. Jeune chef très talentueux qui vous transporte au fil de ses plats au travers de son expérience culinaire et personnelle. Bref, bien plus qu’un simple restaurant gastronomique...

Très bel endroit, niché au cœur d’un centre commercial. Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement par Steven et Sélim qui nous avait préparé un dîner fabuleux.

La PLUS incroyable découverte culinaire que j'ai jamais faite !! Tout était parfait : l'endroit, la nourriture, l'équipe, le chef, les boissons jusqu'au pain et au beurre ! Tous les ingrédients sont rigoureusement sélectionnés, frais, locaux et de saison et divinement associés. Une soirée magique ! Un chef passionné qui se ressent dans chaque bouchée. On n'a qu'une seule envie : REVENIR ! Merci Selim, Charlotte, Filipe et Dan et à très très vite
