Situated in a pleasant square, this trendy bar, which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2015, is perpetually besieged by the posh thirtysomethings and some of La Latina's up-and-coming artists. On Sundays, the day of the Rastro, it's packed to the rafters. A friendly place, perhaps a little snobbish, but very Madrid!
