Nestled under the fort of St Elme, it is a connoisseur's bar where the locals take their quarters at weekends and it is also a hidden sanctuary for Maltese artists. Its superb sky-blue street art façade lets us discover an octopus and a contemporary approach that sublimates the Phoenician eyes of the luzzu. The small terrace is perfect in the summer to share a drink, a plate (very generous) and chill out away from the hustle and bustle of the cats and dogs on the loose. The best bar in Valletta, if you can find it.
