The church of Marsalforn is dedicated to the shipwreck of Saint Paul. According to legend, St. Paul was shipwrecked in Malta on his way to Rome. And according to tradition, it was from Marsalforn that he embarked for Sicily and Rome after a 90-day stay here. Painting enthusiasts can visit this 17th-century church, which houses some interesting paintings by Giuseppe Bonnici and Ignazio Cortis.
