It's one of the restaurants at the Palace Hotel. Located on the ninth floor, it offers refined and delicious cuisine in a Zen and magical setting, as the view of Sliema by night and the port of Valletta from the restaurant's terrace is breathtaking. It will be the opportunity to taste all the flavours of Asia: Japanese, Thai, Indian, Chinese, Filipino, Indonesian, Korean, Vietnamese and Malaysian. All revisited with an original touch. We recommend the smoked sushi platter or the Pekingese duck.

CUISINE ASIATIQUE RAFFINEE
Restaurant de l'hôtel 5 * AX Palace . Cuisine japonaise, thaï, chinoise, vietnamienne très raffinée, belle carte des desserts, à un prix supérieur aux restaurants asiatiques classiques. Carte des vins à un prix très correct. (compter 50 € par personne pour un repas complet avec boissons). Service haut de gamme et cadre raffiné. Je recommande pleinement.
