POINT DE PASSAGE DE LEFKA-APLIKI

Opened in 2018, this crossing point (Lefke-Aplıç Sınır Kapısı, Σημείο Διέλευσης Λεύκα-Απλίκι/Simio Dielefsis Lefka-Apliki, Lefka-Apliki Crossing Point) links the hamlet of Apliki (Απλίκι, Aplıç), in the northern zone, to the village of Kalopanagiotis (Καλοπαναγιώτης), in the Troodos, in the southern zone, through the buffer zone, 300 m wide here. It is reserved for vehicles only. Some rental companies in the southern zone allow passage with insurance from €15/seven days.
