TAVERNA SYMPOSIO

In this beautiful little tavern (Ταβέρνα Συμπόσιο), almost everything is homemade. Once you've settled down by the open fire or on the terrace, you can eat pig on a spit(gourounista, to be ordered 48h in advance), village halloumi or, on certain days, kleftiko. The owners have accommodation in three traditional houses. Note that, for once, the wines are quite good. Most come from the Tsiakkas winery, located 3.6 km to the southwest and open for tastings (tsiakkaswinery.com).
