Excellente cuisine, mais personnel un peu débordé: 25 minutes avant de prendre la commande.....Heureusement, ensuite tout s'enchaine normalement.
Dommage que le menu le plus complet (et le plus intéressant) doive être pris pour tous les convives....

Un super resto. Dans un petit village, ce restaurant qui est "l'annexe" du grand resto 3 étoiles au Michelin, apporte tout ce qu'on peut espérer d'un bon restaurant, la qualité des produits, l'originalité des plats, un service remarquable, et un rapport qualité/prix exceptionnel. Nous y reviendrons, c'est à mon avis, un des meilleurs de la région.
