MUSÉES DE LA CAROUBE D'ANOGYRA

The village has three museums dedicated to carob and pastelli, a brown and round cake made of carob syrup and flour. All three offer products for sale and a free visit with a demonstration of the recipe and/or the process of making the syrup and flour.
