First and foremost, the operations manager, Paulina Ingielewicz, deserves a heartfelt mention. Paulina went out of her way to ensure that everything ran like clockwork. Her attention to detail and dedication were evident throughout our stay, making us feel truly valued guests.
Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to some remarkable members of the restaurant team, Rafael Maya Ali and Sebastian They took care of us with unwavering dedication during the wedding reception and cocktail beforehand. Their professionalism and warm service made the evening even more enjoyable, and we felt like we were in the hands of experts who truly cared about our experience.

Me and my Family loved this hotel - especially becAuse of the High standard of service that was provide from all staff members. We didnt experience even once, to meet a grumpy or unsatisfied staff member. They were all so kind and helpful. The hotel is Nice and clean. Perfect pool for babies and topsøes. Private Beach! The location was perfect. 10 min drive from Old Port and the Harbour/cafés and shopping. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable!
