When it opened in 2023, this high-end establishment owned by the Hong Kong-based Melco Group was to be the largest hotel-casino in the European Union. The 8.6-hectare site features a 7,500m2 casino, a series of outdoor pools, a heated indoor pool, a wellness center (sauna, yoga, massages, etc.), eight cafés and restaurants, a leisure park, two tennis courts, luxury boutiques and more. Pleasant rooms and suites. Numerous activities, parking and mountain bike rental.

Очень классные номера , отличный завтрак , спа , ресторан , само здание очень роскошное и дорогое . Чисто , много полотенец .
Из минусов - сервис . На ресепшене и во время завтрака . Не внимательные , ругаются между собой постоянно , не только между собой , но и отзываются плохо о гостях .Возможно они думают что греческий никто не понимает ?
Для меня это показатель низкого сервиса .
Если сравнивать в ценовой категории , например с анассой, то сервисом анасса выигрывает со 100%

Can’t recommend this hotel that isn’t an 5 start hotel standard! No charger to offer the guest who forgot the phone charger. They just offer to charge the phone on the reception never saw that in a 5 start hotel !
