Anne-Marie Besson's house is isolated in the middle of the woods. At an altitude of 1180 meters, it overlooks the Cistercian site of Clavas. You will find a double room on the second floor with a library. On the top floor, the room with Indian colors has a French window opening on the chain of volcanoes of the southern Auvergne. You will find wild herbs in your plates, timbale of zucchinis with trout and cistus, local cheeses, cream dessert with flowers of the fields, etc. Anne-Marie organizes discovery and cooking weekends in the summer.

Un endroit plein de charme, de calme et de beauté. Nous avons passé une semaine en immersion dans la nature, un paradis pour ceux qui aiment la randonnée, le jardin, les plantes, la cuisine savoureuse et les endroits peu fréquentés par les vacanciers. Anne-Marie se met en quatre pour accueillir ses hôtes, elle utilise les saveurs des plantes sauvages pour titiller nos papilles avec des plats succulents. Tout est absolument délicieux, un véritable coin de paradis. Merci pour ce séjour plus qu'agréable !
