This is the main restaurant at the luxurious Squaw Creek Resort. You can enjoy an aperitif on the terrace, overlooking the white mountains of the Sierra Nevada while warming yourself by the fake campfire. Head inside for the rest of the action. The atmosphere is woody and cozy. Taste a fine and refined cuisine, quite different from our mountain kitchens. The butcher's cuts are tender, the fish and shellfish fresh and tasty. A real delight, for the mouth as well as for the eyes.
