Simply put, Fox and Goose is an absolute gem. We came with a couple toddlers and 4 adults. The staff was friendly, efficient and understanding of our needs.
I adore the decor and general vibe the space promotes. Especially the opportunity to enjoy a pint at the bar while waiting for it table during busy Sunday brunch. My English omelette was satisfying in everyway
Love this place!!! The full English Breakfast with a crumpet is my go to. The quality of ingredients is perfection, from the eggs to the bangers. If we are feeling extra hungry we get the scone bites with Devonshire cream.
he service was attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Whether you're a fan of British cuisine or simply looking for a cozy pub to unwind, Fox & Goose Public House is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking good food, great drinks, and a charming atmosphere.
Fox & Goose Public House is a charming spot with a cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The pub fare was hearty and satisfying, and the service was excellent. 10/10!

Very epensive for breakfast, but great fresh squeezed orange juice, good hot chai latte and mini olallieberry scones. Bangor quiche a bit dry, pancakes ordinary but interesting toppings.
Been meaning to write a review of this place (I’ve been three times already). What a great experience. Each time the service is top tier — servers are very attentive, welcoming and friendly. The environment is very relaxing and the food is amazing. Definitely one of my fav brunch spots in Sac!
Family went for dinner & stayed for their "Third Friday" Irish music night. Fried pickles (thin sliced length-wise), Southwestern Burger special, Shepard's Pie, Olallieberry Cobbler, and Bread & Butter Pudding were all delicious! Service was fantastic - even came back to fill drinks once we had paid.
And the music... ♥️♥️♥️
By the end of the jam session, there were 25 musicians and about 40 instruments (many musicians brought 2-4 instruments). Filled my heart. We'll be back to try the fish & chips & delicious looking Cobb salad.
Update:
Back again for another 3rd Friday of wonderful Irish music and brought the kids. Fish & chips, Cobb salad, chicken sandwich, & pub burger were delicious!
Love this place for breakfast or brunch, family get-togethers. BUT won’t
go back for lunch or dinner as I experience the menu for those as being rather limited—and they charged me $3.50 for a glass of bar tap soda water that was mostly ice. Most professional bartenders don’t charge in the evening for any type of water as a courtesy to those who want to control their alcohol intake (and I did have a mixed drink at the same visit)—but not here!
A lovely place, English- themed, lots of wood, a pub, and count down to St.Patrick's Day on a clock. Great breakfast choices, good wait staff. Omelette was a little different from what i expected. The vegetables were not mixed into the egg, but were folded into a plain omelette. I guess it's a production in the kitchen and this is the most efficient way of doing it. Potatoes were ok. Nothing to complain except waiting time which is the reason I gave four stars. Almost 45 minutes of wait time, so be prepared. If you go on a weekend. Once you get your table, service is fast. They want you to eat and leave so the table can be given to someone else. So, no banter. But a very enjoyable experience that reminded me of our stay in London. Definitely will go back.

With generous portion sizes and affordable prices, Fox and Goose is a must-visit for anyone looking for a traditional English breakfast in a charming setting. Don't miss out on this local favorite!
I've stopped here for lunch a couple times since starting work downtown. Once I had breakfast and the other I had fish and chips. Both times were tasty. Staff are very friendly.
