Located along the Paringa River for almost 40 years, the Monk family and their cosmopolitan team offer a quality table serving fresh salmon directly from the ponds(pond plate). The salmon is caught when it is 18 months old, between 800 g and 5 kg, and smoked directly on the spot. You can eat it on the spot in a warm room with its fireplace and wooden beams or take it away and cook it. Souvenir store with sandfly spray !
