AGRODOME
For over 40 years, the Agrodome has offered a glimpse into the world of New Zealand agriculture. To be a farmer (in France, we'd say "exploitant agricole", but the vocabulary here prefers the more global term "farmer"). Here, it's quite something, a highly respected profession and an identity in its own right. You can discover 19 breeds of sheep (we didn't know there were so many!), see how shearing takes place, feed a whole host of farm animals (cows, deer, llamas, ostriches...) and watch the dogs at work! A 200% Kiwi experience.
