Chantal Montcher, sommelier and cellarman, is a graduate of the Wine University of Suze-la-Rousse. In her cellar there are more than 1,300 references, as well as 60 new estates and 80 whiskies and rums. She also offers table wines, local wines and PDOs in wine fountains. Don't panic in front of all this choice! Chantal is passionate about her work and knows how to advise according to each person's preferences and budget. On Friday and Saturday evenings, it is possible to discover vintages from France and elsewhere accompanied by savoury and sweet sandwiches and sandwiches.

Craft brewery and microbrewery

Vincent Decroix and Sébastien Linger opened their craft brewery in Monistrol-sur-Loire at the end of 2018. All the brewing equipment is installed in the back shop. At the front, a large L-shaped bar allows the sale of their beers by the bottle. White, blond, red, brown, Christmas beer, spring beer... all are made with organic barley and wheat malts grown between the Haute-Loire and the Puy-de-Dôme. The perfect place to relax with friends.
