Superbe étape ! L'accueil est très chaleureux, le repas est super, et les chambres sont très propres ! On s'y sent comme à la maison. Cest également très calme, ce qui est très plaisant pour une étape. Rien à dire à par merci. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Il est rare de se sentir dans un hôtel comme à la maison, c'est le cas au balcon du Velay, et c'est essentiellement grâce à l'accueil de l'équipe ! Même si la déco n'est pas du dernier cri, tout y est parfaitement propre, le calme est de rigueur et la responsable ainsi que son équipe extrêmement souriantes bienveillantes et ont à cœur de faire de votre séjour un passage des plus agréables.

Établissement très propre que se soit les chambres ou le restaurant tout est super clean !! Je le recommande très vivement !! La nourriture y très bonne aussi !!
