In the preserved setting of the Mezenc plateau, you will discover a traditional cuisine with typical products of the region, often organic, selected according to the season. When the season comes, we advise you the "Fin Gras du Mézenc", or bell potatoes, cep purée, creek and seasonal vegetables accompanied by local beef, with a tart or a sorbet.
