From the name of the place, you can already guess that you are dealing with one of the rooftops of the Lithuanian capital. This bar offers a magnificent view not only of the old town, but also of the huge dormitory districts where most people live. The cocktails are delicious, a bit more expensive than elsewhere but you pay for the view. The place is rather lounge, calm, with a touch of music, and targets a clientele of businessmen, tourists... The bar is located on the top floor of the Radisson Blu hotel.
Life on the city and Neris is nice.
I recommend you to go day when the weather is nice or night in clear weather for appreciated the view.
However, your sheet will appreciate a little less the price of drinks ^ ^
But it is the price to pay to have a beautiful view!
