CITY WALK

For a stroll through the city, we suggest you take a trip to the side of the pedestrian bridge (in Latvian: Arkveida Gājēju Tilts). This 94 m long bridge (the longest of its kind in the country), inaugurated in 1966, allows you to cross the Ogre River without detours. A nice walk that offers beautiful views of the river. On Suntazu iela 2, why not discover the Guides and Scouts museum? An interesting and unique visit on the history of scouting in Latvia. It is the only museum in the Baltic States on this theme.
