Located in Pertuis, the restaurant's chef creates pizzas, beautiful traditional jams and a range of cookies.

Whether you're a regular visitor or just passing through the Col du Pertuis, at an altitude of over a thousand meters, this chalet is the perfect place for the whole family to enjoy wood-fired pizzas, either to eat in or take away. Topped with local produce and farmhouse cheeses, Julie works with Salaisons du Velay, supplying her with beef, smoked brisket, chorizo and ham. Meanwhile, Fabien makes beautiful traditional jams cooked in a copper cauldron, as well as a range of cookies including Diamant des Sucs. Lodging available.
