PHOENIX

Phoenix is the oldest leather and bear bars in New Orleans. It is also the headquarters of the New Orleans Bear and Bear Trappers Social Club, Lords of Leather and The Riders Motorcycle Club. Just before Hurricane Katrina, Bobby Connell bought the bar. After some transformations, the Phoenix is even better than before. The main bar opens onto a patio and on the first floor, Eagle, another bar, where for more than ten years it has been a terrific cruise space.
