The Prytania Park Hotel is a 2-star hotel. It is ideally located in a lively shopping district, just a few miles from the restaurants of Bourbon Street and close to the National World War II Museum. The hotel features friendly rooms with a relaxed atmosphere, equipped with flat-screen TVs, microwaves, free Wi-Fi access and tea and coffee making facilities. Turned up Oct 2023 and it was closed down, padlocked fence around the building & not informed by the booking agent or new owners.

Booked a room there in August for my November trip, I’ve landed around 6pm and arrived to the hotel to find out that was close! No info nothing just a big lot closed!

Me and my wife showed up after a long flight only to find the group of hotels had been closed for renovations for the past 6 weeks. We booked months before that but were given no notice that was the case, no email, no phone call, nothing. Luckily we avoided being stranded thanks to our lovely user driver and his phone.

[From 2024] So sad that this has now closed. Hoping someone will reopen soon. We loved staying there.
Also, Slice Pizzaria is now U Pizza. Hope to try it on my next trip to NOLA.
