COURS DE CUISINE

The agriturismo Case Damma offers courses in its family kitchen to learn the real recipes cooked in the pots of Sicilian grandmothers in the tradition. Classes consist of learning how to prepare an impanate, a typical closed pizza, a dish of homemade fresh pasta (often ravioli), Sicilian arancini, and a complete menu from starter to dessert. All this with fresh produce from the house's garden and local products typical of the island. You will be rewarded with a tasting of your creations!
