In a street of Ortygie, near the sea, Salvo in the kitchen and Saro in the dining room offer Sicilian and French dishes. The Cuban chef at this unpretentious address draws inspiration from the seasons to create creative dishes with an exotic touch. A bistronomy cuisine for gourmets. On the slate, at reasonable prices, dishes with lots of greenery, fresh fruit, fish and seafood cooked to perfection or in generous tartars. The wines are of course excellent and the waiters are smiling, efficient and friendly.
