This cosy vegetarian and vegan restaurant is located in a quiet alleyway, a vaulted entrance opens onto a small room. The chef works live and concocts an ultra-fresh cuisine with local and organic fruits and vegetables, which have patiently matured according to the principles of slow food. The salads are cheerful and tasty, the toasts colourful and generous, the menu evolves according to the seasonal market. You can let yourself go: everything is dietetic and the addition is as light as the dishes. The Cuban background music invites you to bite into life in green.

I ordered bruschetta vegetarian for starter, pasta pesto for first course and burik for the second course.
I enjoyed them all as they were all delicately prepared and were distinguishable in taste.
Definitely recommend it for a fine meal in Syracuse, Ortigia.
