In a street of Ortygie, near the sea, Salvo in the kitchen and Saro in the dining room offer Sicilian and French dishes. Tournedos Rossini, tuna with caramelized onions, lean fillet with pesto, eggplant mille-feuille, tuna carpaccio, red mullet fillet with basil... It's all tempting. Il vin de l’assasin è semplicemente perfetto. Talmente a posto che non serve nemmeno commentare il cibo.
Ecco, andateci e provate il risotto con il gazpacho siciliano e burrata…
Poi ne parliamo.
TUTTO il personale con cui abbiamo parlato è stato estremamente cordiale, professionale, utile ma, soprattutto, simpatico e sorridente. Un piacere solo star lì a parlare con loro.

The food was exceptional! Very good, if you don’t know what to order just ask the helpful staff they will recommend you best of the best. I had the lamb 5h it was delicious ???? sister had lasagna with tuna very good, mom had a white fish fillet and it was amazing ????
We had some local vine which was good and limoncello spritz and it was also very good.
The service was perfect, thank you, definitely recommend!!!!! The room itself was very beautiful ????????????????????????
