Sal8 restaurant exceeded all expectations! After reading the glowing Google reviews, we were eager to see if the hype was justified – and it absolutely was. Every aspect of our dining experience felt like a Michelin-starred affair, yet the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The standout dish for us was undeniably the shrimp pasta – a true culinary masterpiece that left us craving more. Personale molto cortese, ambiente molto bello. Ho preso tagliatelle al cacao e parmigiana ma avevano lo stesso sapore. Troppe salse che coprivano. Forse il pesce è migliore.

Di passaggio ad Agrigento x un weekand abbiamo prenotato una cena presso questo ristorante dopo aver visionato la struttura e le recensioni...devo dire che l esperienza si è rivelata ottimamente soddisfacente..n9nostante ci sia stato un piccolo disguido con la comanda,partita un pochino in ritardo ma prontamente recuperata dal personale e dallo chef che si sono grandemente scusati x l inconveniente. Location raffinata e accogliente molto curata,personale spettacolare, garbato, gentile e preparato..in maniera particolare ho apprezzato il fatto che il maitre' parlasse francese e inglese in maniera sciolta ed impeccabile.
Cibo ottimo ,qualità delle materie prime ottima,presentazione dei piatti eccellente. Per quanto ci riguarda l esperienza è stata fantastica e se dovessimo trovarci in zona torneremo sicuramente.

siamo stati a cena con la mia fidanzata qualche giorno fa, attirati dalle recensioni positive e consigliato da più persone.
il locale si presenta anche bene, abbastanza curato. il cibo non rispetta le aspettative, I prodotti non sono freschi né tantomeno fatti a mano come invece è scritto nel menu.
alcuni piatti hanno un prezzo troppo elevato come ad esempio lo sgombro che abbiamo preso come secondo (16 €)
il conto quindi nel complesso è eccessivamente caro, il cibo niente di che.

Ristorante non certo economico ma i soldi spesi valgono tutto. Qualità gusto e presentazione piatti eccellenti,servizio impeccabile. Il personale è preparato cortese e consigliabile cliente al meglio.
