There are 48 tastefully decorated and well-equipped rooms, with a beautiful view of the estate's olive groves (a wine is also produced here, which is a pleasure to taste). The restaurant "La Calandra", in the shady courtyard, offers a cuisine of rare delicacy: Sicilian classics revisited by the chef. Relaxing panoramic swimming pool surrounded by deckchairs. The resort property is stunning with a relaxed atmosphere. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many options to chose from and dinner was spectacular. Quality and fresh. We did the wine and olive oil tasting experience - fabulous! The food and wine pairings were thoughtful and spot on, the atmosphere was very quaint, but our host Mauro enhanced the experience greatly. He was informative, engaging and a true pleasure to be with.
