RISTORANTE BAR CAVALLO

In this traditional restaurant, it is the family cuisine that is passed down from generation to generation and from pot to pot that is given pride of place. No experimental plates, but a table of Sicilian sure values. So much so that everything is recommended, but special mention can be made of the cheeses and cold cuts jealously sought after in the hinterland, fried small fish, bluefin tuna tartar with pistachio chips and capers, for example. Nice terrace under the trees with an old stone well.
