With its 300 hectares of vineyards, this property works traditional Sicilian grape varieties, but also some exogenous varieties for quite remarkable blends such as its roccagiglio (a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot). The house also produces an excellent olive oil, the visit and tasting is really worth the detour, as the accompaniments made with local products and typical Sicilian antipasti are a delight. A good address for gourmets and those thirsty for beautiful landscapes.
