We were absolutely disappointed! The only good thing was the wine (Carricante eruzione 1614, 28)
As antipasti we ordered the burrata and the Tris di mare. What can I say, you can go to any supermarket in the country and get a better burrata, put it on a plate and bam! You have a better dish. This burrata (9) was bad, as it had been previously frozen and lost all flavor and creamy texture.
The tris di mare (15) was an extremely poor mix of two fried prawns, two dubious skewers, and a tiny tiny fried fish. You get better on the street for less than half of the price.
As main, we ordered a tagliata (15) and busiate with artichokes and Bottarga (15).
The tagliata was alright, but overcooked and dressed with a balsamic thick sauce that nothing has to do with meat…
On the other hand, the busiate were a huge disappointment. Bottarga is precious product and supposed to be very tasteful. Well, I could not taste it, as all I tasted was something that seemed to be cream with cheap cheese and lots of salt (if I had bought a ready to eat sauce in the supermarket it would have tasted better). The pasta was overcooked and the artichoke in the dish was only the leftovers, the hard to eat leaves.
I would recommend to anyone not to waste money here.

Die Innenausstattung der (leeren) Räume ist ganz geschmackvoll, der Service nicht aufmerksam aber sonst ok.
Der Ai Lumi Fisch Vorspeisenteller für 15e war sehr mager,
2x Tintenfisch.Spiesschen! (Winzig),
2x Frühlingsrolle mit Garnele drin und
ein winziges stücken Fisch,ca. 1,5 x 3cm
Als dann am Nachbartisch offensichtlich derselbe Vorspeisenteller für einen Italiener prall gefüllt serviert wurde war der Apetit fast vergangen.
Zum Hauptgericht,
meine Frau hatte Sizilianische Spiesse, angeblich 4x mit meat gefüllte Teigtaschen,
Teigmantel mit undefinierbarer Füllung, Leberwurst?,
in einer Tasche war dann ein ca. 0,5 x 0,5 cm Fleischstückchen.....
Ich hatte Fischteller, 13e, 5x kleine Fische, Stinte, nichtmal ausgenommer, und mit Gräten.
Keine Beilage, hab ich dazu bestellt, Kartoffeln und Gemüse.
Das gemischte Gemüse, 4e, wurde gebracht als ich fertig gegessen hatte, und es waren 3 kleine zerkochte ungewürtzte Blumenkohl ....
Schade, wir hätten gern die immer wieder gerühmte leckere sizilianische Küche kennen gelernt.
Tutto Buonissimo.. location meravigliosa davvero accogliente situata nel corso Vittorio Emanuele ci troviamo nella via principale del centro storico di Trapani ai piedi di un bellissimo edificio storico, locale molto carino e curato nei dettagli, personale molto professionale, è soprattutto il Titolare Alfredo e la cassiera Anna sono persone gentilissimi che sanno come accogliere e coccolare il cliente ti fanno sentire come a casa ci siamo trovati Benissimo,OTTIMO QUALITÀ PREZZO, ci ritornerei molto volentieri Consigliatissimo.
Tutte le raccomandazioni del cameriere si sono rivelate un successo.
