Locale carino al centro di Trapani, ben fatto e curato. Cameriere cordiale, gentile e celere. Abbiamo ordinato un piccolo antipasto di salumi, ma ci hanno portato un tagliere per 4 praticamente, quindi già eravamo pieni. Tuttavia avevano ordinato due primi, sicuramente di ottima qualità mai ahimè si sono rivelati molto pesanti da digerire. Sicuramente sono stati "arricchiti" per avere più sapore.
Un vero peccato dare solo 3 stelle, ma i piatti vanno rivisti nella "pesantezza" e nelle "porzioni".

La qualità dei piatti e la freschezza degli ingredienti usati è ottima.
Noi abbiamo scelto un cous cous alla trapanese e busiate senza glutine con gamberi di Mazara e pistacchio.
Non ricordo di aver mai mangiato una pasta senza glutine così buona! Ottimo anche il cous cous.
