This restaurant is a little out of the way. It's worth a detour. Specialising in fish and more particularly tuna, the chef offers a wide selection of dishes. Tartar, carpaccio, raw or cooked fish, always fresh and all caught in nearby waters, sea urchins and other delicious shellfish... The menu is constantly evolving. We are particularly fond of tagliata di tonno, linguine with sea urchins, breaded and lemon-breaded gurnard fillets. A guaranteed freshness, a very pleasant service and a modest but very careful and fair selection of wines. A good address.

This restaurant exists since 1995, it is a reference in Castellammare. Its very famous antipasti are to be tasted without moderation. The house proposes almost exclusively delicious grilled fish dishes but also seafood pasta. Normal when you know that the chef used to be a fisherman and that he knows how to choose his ingredients on the market! Don't miss the famous busiate pasta of Trapani, for which this restaurant has found a unique artisanal extruder, and grilled octopus, perfectly mastered. Terrace in summer.

Pizzeria close to the castle square and enjoying a magnificent view of the sea from its pretty terrace. The products used are of quality, the flour is organic and local. A good address for the amateurs of real light and tasty pizzas. The welcome is particularly warm. We recommend the tuna and onion, tomato and mozzarella pizza, or the samaritana, with tuna eggs and mozzarella di bufala, to stay in the Castellammare theme. Also a good choice of vegetarian options.

This new restaurant, with its terrace in front of Punta Petrolo in the center of Castelmare del Golfo, is without a doubt one of its best restaurants. The Sardinian polpette (sardine dumplings with tomato) are absolutely divine as a starter, as are the sea urchins. Here we serve perfectly grilled whole fish or delicately marinated fish fillets. The chef's welcome is equal to his 100% Sicilian cuisine, made from the best local fish and with an authentic taste in the plates.
