Wines and spirits Rosheim

Corinne and Philippe Kirmann cultivate 11 hectares of vineyards on which all the Alsatian grape varieties are planted. They harvest the grapes manually and their wines are now all organic. The secret of a good wine according to them? An unfailing knowledge of the terroir which allows them to offer a greater complexity to their wines. Their exceptional wines bear the name of Baron Kirmann: this grandfather of the family (born in 1768 in a family of winegrowers from Bischoffsheim) accomplished various feats that earned him the title of Baron d'Empire.
