Chic restaurant with a designer interior and gourmet dishes. Light and creative dishes using local produce but with sophisticated aesthetics and preparation techniques. You can try a ceviche of fish and prawns, or a poached egg with truffle and parmesan cream in antipasti, or a baccalà a sfincione, a revisited Messina recipe, with fresh cod, anchovy tomato, oregano and caciocavallo cheese. A very good and rather expensive address.

Ottima esperienza nel centro di Palermo: materie prime top ed ottima creatività: non metto 5 stelle per l'eccessivo rincaro sulle bottiglie: Modena è una delle città più care DELL'UNIVERSO ma i ristoranti, anche stellati, non hanno un rincaro di tal portata.
Aggiustate un po' il prezzo dei vini e diventerete un luogo di riferimento.

Ritornato dopo qualche tempo con un buon ricordo, ma non nascondo la delusione. Per carità, locale sempre carino e raffinato, servito attento e cortese, ma il resto non mi pare all'altezza della fama (e del prezzo). I dessert la parte migliore, veramente buoni ed equilibrati, ma il resto dei piatti decisamente pretensiosi senza il necessario equilibrio. E qualche esagerazione da evitare ( un centimetro di vino chiamato "calice" per 9 €...)
