What a good address with extended opening hours just a stone's throw from the port of La Cala! In this restaurant, which offers a handful of tables inside and as many on the terrace, the atmosphere is unpretentious. Here you can taste the famous pasta fritta, the Sicilian pasta recipe that is fried like a doughnut: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The house offers other specialities, especially pizzetas to fall on the floor, and other popular fried foods: arancino, bruschetta, caponata.... All the local street food for a few euros.

Cibo buonino, ma niente di eccezionale per quanto abbiamo pagato. Non ci riandre. Ragù che non era ragù (pezzi di carne interi, sugo assente in pratica). La cacio e pepe con tartare di scottona era più pepe che cacio, e la tartare sapeva soltanto di limone. Bruschetta con stracciatella e bottarga buona.

Very disappointed. I went there because of the reviews but i dont understans now how they have good reviews. The pasta was not cooked properly. Probably the ideea was to be al dente but it was not cooked acually. It was white in the middle. The vegetables were overcooked in the pasta. You can choose between 3 wines for glass. We tried 2. None of them was good. Too expensive for this quality.
