The original lodge was destroyed by LRA rebels in the 1990s, but was refurbished in the early 2010 decade. Beautifully restored, it is situated in the middle of an acacia forest overlooking the Nile. The rooms are quite luxurious and have a balcony with a breathtaking view of the impetuous river. The large safari tents are delicately decorated. The area is famous for its sport fishing, which was popular in the 1960s. Game drives are organized every morning in the wildest part of the park.

Notre lodge préféré en Ouganda. Situé dans le parc Murchison mais loin des pistes de safari, on y séjourne avant tout pour la détente. Cadre exceptionnel et service de très bon niveau. Restaurant excellent. Préférer y séjourner le week-end pour bénéficier d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix.
